Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ved Tex. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Returns process
To initiate a return, please contact us at marketing@vedtex.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the price of the product and any applicable taxes. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at marketing@vedtex.com with your order number and the details of the exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process the exchange.
- Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at marketing@vedtex.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
